What ranger-beers.com collects, what it does not, and how to ask us to delete your data.
Ranger Beers Supply Co. runs ranger-beers.com, an informational site with packing lists, standards, course material and a gear catalog for U.S. Army schools and badges. Questions about this policy go to [email protected].
Nothing, if you just read. You can use every public page without giving us anything.
Newsletter. If you type your email into a subscribe form, we store that address so we can send class dates, gear updates and new course notices. Every email can be unsubscribed from, or you can ask us to delete your address.
Optional sign-in. Some course pages offer an email sign-in link. If you use it, we store your email address and anything you choose to add to your profile (name, rank, branch), plus your course progress and quiz results so they follow you between devices.
The site uses your browser's local storage to remember course progress, your sign-in session, and any actions waiting to sync when you are offline. That data stays on your device until you sign out or clear your browser data.
We do not set advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run analytics scripts.
Checkout is currently closed, so we collect no payment or shipping details. If checkout reopens, payment will be handled by a payment processor, and this page will be updated before that happens.
Like any website, ranger-beers.com depends on a few providers that handle your request on our behalf: GitHub Pages and Cloudflare host and deliver the pages and keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability; Google Fonts serves the typefaces, so your browser asks Google for them; and a Cloudflare Worker stores newsletter and sign-in data.
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We only use your email for the newsletter or sign-in you asked for.
Email [email protected] to see, correct or delete anything we hold about you, and we will handle it within 30 days. You can clear local storage at any time in your browser settings.
This site is written for adults preparing for military training. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
